Looks like a shooting stature with the US Army buckle kind of thing to me.  Too cool to not walk around.  This is not a I think that anyone insane should have the right to break my rights and get a gun statement.  It’s just a solid buckle and sock assed old black strap that Art Foltz hit a few targets for.
